Tasting note:

BOLD, but surprisingly smooth!!!
A Three Bean blend of coffee beans roasted nice and dark to bring some sweetness out.
Typically the more caffeine in a coffee blend the more stringent it is, but I think we broke the code. This is one smooth cup of joe.

Real Ranger Coffee Recipe

Real Ranger Coffee is DFAC (Dining Facility) coffee that the cooks started 3hrs prior to opening. It is percolator coffee with salt added to the water to prevent scalding. The coffee has sat so long that it has turned thick and very concentrated, hence the turpentine moniker. It is definitely an acquired taste.

This blend includes Arabica and Robusta coffee beans.
